This is a good idea. I often say "okay" and maybe that's my affirmation, just ok, but I also say, "at least I got ______ done"

Hey Sam,

I know we all have the power to change how we are feeling at any moment in time, but sometimes its just hard to come out of the rut. It feels as though sometimes we take cover and wait until the rain passes. For this I usually say "YOU CANT APPRECIATE THE GOOD TIMES WITH OUT THE BAD TIMES."

What you said is so true. Would you like to give me a positive self-affirmation statement beginning with "I" ? The point of all this is to "switch" us to a positive mode and keep it going. By that, we radiate and attract more light. I think that "self-affirmation" is different from "motto". It has "magic".
