<![CDATA[RetSamESL - The Power Of Imagination]]>Wed, 04 Jan 2012 16:24:17 GMThttp://retsam.weebly.com/blog/retsamesl-the-power-of-imagination

Check this out on Chirbit

Imagination is the ability to form a mental image of something that is not perceived through the senses.
It is the ability of the mind to built mental scenes, objects or events that do not exist, are not present or have happened in the past.
Memory is actually a manifestation of imagination.
Everyone possesses some imagination ability.
In some it may be highly developed and in others it may manifest in a weaker form.
It manifests in various degrees in various people.
Imagination makes it possible to experience a whole world inside the mind.
It gives the ability to look at any situation from a different point of view, and enables one to mentally explore the past and the future.
Imagination is not limited only to seeing pictures in the mind.
It includes all the five senses and the feelings.
One can imagine a sound, taste, smell, a physical sensation or a feeling or emotion.
For some people it is easier to see mental pictures, others find it easier to imagine a feeling, and some are more comfortable imagining the sensation of one of the five senses.
Training of the imagination gives the ability to combine all the senses.
A developed and strong imagination does not make you a daydreamer and impractical.
On the contrary, it strengthens your creative abilities, and is a great tool for recreating and remodeling your world and life.
This is a great power that can change your whole life.
It is used extensively in magic, creative visualization and affirmations.
It is the creator of circumstances and events.
When you know how to work with it, you can make your hearts’ desires come true.
Imagination has a great role and value in each one’s life.
It is much more than just idle daydreaming.
We all use it, whether consciously or unconsciously, in most of our daily affairs.
We use our imagination whenever we plan a party, a trip, our work or a meeting.
We use it when we describe an event, explain how to arrive to a certain street, write, tell a story or cook a cake.
Visualizing an object or a situation, and repeating often this mental image, attracts the object or situation into our lives.
This opens for us new, vast and fascinating opportunities.
This means that we should think only in a positive manner about our desires, otherwise we may create and attract into our lives, events, situations and people that we don’t really want.
This is actually what most of us do, because we don’t use the power of imagination correctly.
Understanding how to use your imagination correctly, and putting this knowledge into practice, for your own and others’ benefit, will put you on the golden path to success, satisfaction and happiness.

<![CDATA[[RetSamESL] You Can Be A Writer]]>Sat, 10 Dec 2011 14:38:46 GMThttp://retsam.weebly.com/blog/retsamesl-you-can-be-a-writer_You can be a writer,
even though you have always received terrible scores
in your writings.

You can be a writer,
even though your teachers have tried many different ways
to ruin your interests in writing.

You can be a writer,
even though during all those years in school,
you have learned nothing but exam-taking skills.

You can be a writer,
even though there have been so many rules and models
trying to kill your creativity.

Do you still remember...
how your heart sank
when you heard another composition homework
for the long-awaited weekend?

Do you still remember...
how your tears fell off your face
when you had to finish the composition
even your mind was in blank?

Do you still remember...
how you just copied a few paragraphs
from different reference books,
and then handed it in
as your own writing?

Do you still remember...
how your parents laughed at you
and critisized on your writing
when you were already doing your best?

But all that
doesn't mean you can't be a writer.
We all make mistakes.
Our schools, our teachers, our parents and ourselves.
All you have to is
feel the pain, send them love, and let them go.
We can always learn and grow
from others' or our own mistakes.

It's time to move on.
It's time to let go.
It's time to venture and discover.
And more importantly,
it's time to create!

Writing can be fun and intuitive.
Writing can be free and fluid.
Writing can be creative and even exciting!

You can be a writer!
Just forget about what you have been told.
And don't allow others to tell you what you can't do.

You can be a writer!
Just forget about what you have been telling yourself.
And don't allow yourself to tell you what you can't do.

You can be a writer!
as long as you have the desire
and keep your faith in it.

Actually, you can be whatever you want to be!
And you should be.
Because that's the best way not to waste your life.

1. Life is a continuous self-learning process, which is always about balance and unconditional love.
2. It doesn't matter what happens to you, it does matter how you respond to it.
3. Fear can make the smartest person do the stupidest thing.
4. Parents are not always right. So, as children we are supposed to watch, learn, forgive and stand up for ourselves when it's needed.
5. Like attracts like.
6. Everything happens for a reason.
7. It's your life, no need to rush, take your time to make the most of it.
8. To heal the pain, don't run away from it. Instead, feel it and magnify it.
9. Your energy turns into thoughts, feeling, words and actions which in turn create your life experiences.
10. To be positive or negative, happy or unhappy, is just a choice to make. It is the choices we make that makes who we are.

Love and Light,

We have been programmed by others ever since we were born. They could be our parents, teachers, classmates, friends, workmates, bosses and all sorts of commercial ads. It might be the right time to reprogram yourself the way you want and create a new life!

Leave me a comment with your self-affirmation statement and the size of your desktop, I will make a wallpaper like this for you.

<![CDATA[What's one thing you wish you had learned in school? #RetSamESL #CMC11]]>Mon, 14 Nov 2011 13:44:00 GMThttp://retsam.weebly.com/blog/whats-one-thing-you-wish-you-had-learned-in-school-retsamesl-cmc11

I wish I had learned about spiritual knowledge in school, because by that we can understand better about our true selves and the meaning of life. I was lucky enough to have access to some spiritual knowledge right after I graduated from the university. Before that, I had a lot of painful experiences and suffered from health problems.

After years of observation and learning, I've figured that the reason why this important piece is missing in our education system is that they don't want us to see the truth. The truth is that the system is lacking of unconditional love. They love us only if we become what they want us to be. Allowing the students to see that truth doesn't serve their purpose at all.

What I mean by spiritual knowledge is more about Self-observation, Self-discovery, Self-correction, Self-balancing and Self-healing, etc. Since it will not be available in school any time soon, let's hope more and more parents will have the time and knowledge to demonstrate for their children.

Love and Light,
